Workshop NOTES

NOTES for dancers attending Sprung!! projects:

REQUIREMENTS: an INTEREST IN DANCE/DRAMA and readiness to engage!

Bring WATER BOTTLE and an open mind! Lunch is provided for the First Saturday Clowning and First Sunday Open Doors programs and some projects (see individual project notes). Sprung!! has a healthy food policy, please do not bring soft drinks, chips, or sweets.

Tintenbar Hall is wheelchair accessible, with accessible toilets. Please obey road signage and access only from southern side of Tintenbar Rd (overshoot and turn left and then re-enter Tintenbar Rd if coming from Lismore).

DANCE CLASSES ARE PHYSICAL. Please ensure you are physically and medically fit for class. While Sprung!! teachers will take all reasonable care in the coordination and running of the programs, dance and physical theatre with young adults can inherently involve risk of personal injury.

PLEASE NO STREET SHOES IN THE STUDIO as floors are the surface on which we work out.

WEAR LOOSE CLOTHING that allows free movement eg T shirt and bike or board shorts. Bare feet or jazz shoes are best, as socks can slip. The Sprung!! uniform is black top and shorts, and we will ask you to wear this for showings, photographic shoots and performances.

WE HOPE YOU WILL JOIN US FOR CREATIVE JOY, Sprung!! Integrated Dance Theatre
